Oftentimes we see players strut their stuff against each other in Texas Hold ‘em while we see blackjack played against the house.

Any casino would be incomplete without these two, simply because they are exciting games in different aspects.

Casino Hold’em Features

The gameplay of Casino Hold’em borrows much of its rules from your usual Texas Hold ‘em. Before players are dealt with two hole cards from a standard deck, the player must make an ante bet.

Afterwards, three cards are dealt as community cards. The players can fold and lose his ante bet, or call and bet an amount double the ante bet. He can also make an AA+ Bonus bet, which pay your hand if it has at least pair of aces, provided that the player has finished playing in the first round.

If at least one player calls, two more cards are then dealt on the table. The players left will then make their best card combination which will be then compared with the dealer’s hand.

Evaluating your hand is slightly different from Texas Hold ‘em since you are playing against the house and not other poker players. But it is nevertheless easy.

The hands are evaluated the same way Texas Hold ‘em hands are evaluated. The best five card combination wins using the two cards in your hand and the five cards up on the board.

Similarly to another casino poker game, Caribbean Stud Poker, in order for the dealer’s hand to qualify, the dealer has to have at least a pair of fours or better.

If the dealer doesn’t qualify, the ante of player is paid based on the pay table, and the call bet is pushed. If the dealer qualifies, and the player hand beats the dealer’s, the ante bet is paid the same way, and the call bet pays 1 to 1. If the hands are equal, then all bets are pushed. If the dealer’s hand beats the player’s hand, then all of the player’s bets are lost.

Casino Hold’em Pay Table

The payout you’ll receive when you win your ante bet is dependent on the strength of the hand that you have built. Of course, the stronger hands pay more than the weaker hands.

Royal flush pays 100 to 1, straight flush pays 20 to 1, four of a kind 10 to 1, full house 3 to 1, flush 2 to 1 and straight or lower card combination pays equal.

For AA+ Bonus, your payout would be: royal flush pays 100 to 1, straight flush 50 to 1, four of a kind 40 to 1, full house 30 to 1, flush 20 to 1 and straight or lower 7 to 1.
